Hinterland Blues AFL Club
Our community club welcomes all players and promotes a safe and fun environment for the whole community. Come and enjoy family friendly fun for everyone. We support Palmwoods, The Hinterland and the local Sunshine Coast community.
The Hinterland Football Club has a long and storied history on the Sunshine Coast, established in 1970 and formerly known as Nambour and Hinterland AFC. Based in Palmwoods, we have members from under 6's all the way through to our senior men's and women's teams.
Hinterland Blues is one club. We field Junior, Youth boys and girls, Senior men’s and Women’s teams. Whilst we love to win and have had many successes across our history, we also value community and the participation of all our members . Junior teams play in the SEQ Juniors Competition, Senior Men and Reserves will play in the QFA Division 1 Competition for 2024. Our Senior Women’s team will continue to play in the QFAW Division 2 North. New in 2024 is our Thirds Team who will play Friday night in the Division 4 Competition.
We are a club but more importantly we are a family and an extension of our local community!
